The New Invention!
It was muggy , sweltering day , I was shopping with my mother at the mall, I was allowed anything I wanted .
" I know mother , I want a cell phone, a new shiny cell phone"! I nagged.
" How much would it be" My mother asked.
" Only $150.00"! I replied.
"mOnly, only thats a lot of money, it can pay a trip for the whole family to Rainbows End, good try but I'm sorry not today" Mum answered.
" Fine then" I sighed.
" You can get a chocolate bar " My mother suggested.
"OK"! I complained.
As my mother and I were driving back home in our Red Honda car, i munched on my delicious mouth watering chocolate. It was ok but I still wanted a phone.
The next day I strolled on the crackled foot path to school. As I arrived to school Jessica my enemy ran up to me and proclaimed
" I bought a cell phone, do you have one."
My face scrunched up. My cheeks turned rosey red, I felt embarassed . I was surrounded with 12 year olds who all had phones except
Through out class time and lunch time , I felt like a lonely , stupid , loser , it wasn't fair . I sat all alone
in the corner of our class , there was an eer it was very silent. My friend was absent which made it even lonlier.
As I was strolling slowly home tears drizzled down my face, I felt like I needed a hug.
as I opened the back door of our house my mother raced and handed me a box. I tore the small yellow wrapped box it was a pretty wolly scarf. It was better than a phone well sort of but I still appreciated it. I returned to school feeling brave and strong, my friend returned to school from her absence . I felt strong and not lonely any more.
Now I realise I don't need a phone.

Bird Saved
One frosty winter morning Roger and I went fishing at Combers Reef. As we loaded our boat something caught my eye, it was a whole heap of birds.
As we reached our destination I was so happy we stopped for a moment. We looked around. There sitting in the frosty cold sea was an injured bird with oil on it.
"Roger, Roger!" I yelled.
"You only need to say my name once!" Roger yelled back.
"Ok can you see that bird?" I asked. " Can you get it?"
"Ok."
As Roger returned from the shivering cold reef the bird was nearly dead.
We raced back to shore. The bird looked like it was having a stroke. Stay alive. Stay alive I thought to myself.
Over here. The life guard spotted us.
"Roger, get the bird."
"Why?"
"Just get it."
As Roger came back with the bird it had passed away. Every one stopped and looked at me.
From that day on I never went fishing again.
My Freedom
One hot roasting day I was gliding through the sky with my friends Juli and Julian. The sun was high up in the blue sky and the white puffy clouds were floating by like some butterflies.
I am a black and white bird with a yellow beak and yellow claws. My friends Juli and Julian are green and yellow birds with a tiny bit of blue. I am a bird that adores humans(most of the time) but my friends are so afraid of them.
As I was gliding across the sparkly ocean, I didn’t see this big rock right in front of my eyes.I flew into the huge rock and crash landed onto the shore.
“DAD! DAD! Look its a bird” a little girl yelled to her parents.
The little girl's dad ran to get me and he held me in his hands. The little girls name was Jaime. Jaime asked her dad if they could keep me as a pet. Jaime’s dad announced to his family that they could keep the me but just until they fixed my wing.
When Jaime’s dad announced that, i tried to fly away from there. Luckily they took me to Michael, a veterinarian at Summer Shore clinic.
“Squawk! squawk!” I tried to scream out to Juli and Julian. When Michael told Jaime he was going to name me Seqoyah I thought in my head“Maybe they're not so bad after all."
After a couple of months Jaime’s and her family looked after me so good, they just had to let me go to the wild. I didn’t want to go back to the wild but I had to. Jaime was crying because she didn’t want me to go.By the time Jaime’s dad drove back to Summer Shore he let me free.
After 3 years I came back to that very house and saw Jaime. She was so excited to see me.Everybody came to scratch me on my little chest.I always come to visit them from time to time and the best thing about it all is now I’m free.

The Birds Big Breakfast.
"John wait up" Charlie shouted. "Where are you going?"
"Looking for breakfast" I replied back.
"FISH ! FISH!!" we both yelled.
We flapped our feathery wings to the sailor and snatched some fish out of his fishing boat. Then we glided through the puffy white clouds.
Grrrr I better feed you stomach with some more fish or you will moan again.
Suddenly I found what I've been waiting for.... Mussels.!!!
I burst with excitement and picked the mussels up and flew up into the blue sky and dropped the mussel on to the hard rough rocks below and gobbled it up.
"Ahhh" I yawned and flew back to my warm nest. This is a great life.
My Bird Friends and I Hanging Out In Arch Bay Beach.
As my freinds and I were enjoying the nice hot sun some big kids started throwing rocks at us. So my freinds and I made up a plan so the big kids would stop bothering us. Our plan was to poo on them so they would be smelly and cry like little babies. So my freinds and I flew on top of their heads and pooed until they they ran away and cried.
I'm happy I'm a bird because I have nice blue and white colourful feathers and if I do something wrong I don't face the consequences.
